A very quiet place since it is not a very busy beach due to its strong waves, ideal for surfing and bodyboarding, it has a large parking lot and easy access, with a maritime avenue that connects a large part of the capital. It has always been a beach visited by the children of the city, the daring ones who, from the neighboring neighborhoods such as San Cristóbal, San José and even Vegueta, spent the afternoons splashing on the beach, also shelter for walkers who wanted to escape from the city and be even closer to a wild nature, a steep cliff that could shade a space of churning waves and black sands.
